Frequently Asked Questions

We do not offer a pre booking service, we run on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving with plenty of time.

If the last trip of the day is full we will run extra trips to ensure all return customers get back.

As this is our first Summer operating this service, we will be sticking to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays only.

Children under 2 years old travel for free.

Yes we are very dog friendly, as long as they are on a short lead, incase any other customers are not ;)

Yes, Bikes are £1 extra.

We highly encourage you to leave your cars at home. One of our main goals is to ease the congestion on the roads. However there is paid parking on both sides.

You pay onboard. We accept card and cash.
